Choose the right category
- Announcements contains official release and network notices. Only the Entcoin Team system account can start topics there.
- Getting Started is for installation, wallet backup, recovery, transfers, and first-use questions.
- Nodes & Mining covers synchronization, peers, networking, mining, storage, and diagnostics.
- Development & Proposals covers source code, protocol behavior, tooling, bug reports, and improvement proposals.
- General is for other Entcoin-related discussion.
- Security Reports contains public safety guidance. Do not disclose an unpatched vulnerability or any secret there.
Write a useful topic
Use a specific title. Include the Entcoin version, operating system, what you expected, what happened, and the steps already tried. For node problems, include the displayed height, peer count, and a short redacted error. Remove wallet addresses when they are not necessary and never include recovery words, private keys, passwords, verification codes, wallet backups, or live credentials.
Search before starting a duplicate topic. Keep replies on the original subject; create a new topic when the problem is different. Use Report instead of escalating unsafe content in public replies.
Know the trust boundary
The forum account is only a community login. It is not a wallet account and never requires a wallet connection. A forum post, poll, or moderator statement cannot change Entcoin consensus rules. Software releases and source history remain authoritative on the official GitHub repository.

怎样发一个容易得到帮助的主题
标题要具体，并写明 Entcoin 版本、操作系统、预期结果、实际现象和已经尝试过的步骤。节点问题可以附上界面显示的高度、节点数量和一小段去敏后的错误信息。钱包地址如果与问题无关也应删除；绝不能发布恢复词、私钥、密码、验证码、钱包备份或生产凭据。
发帖前先搜索，避免重复主题。回复应围绕原问题；不同问题请新开主题。发现危险内容时请使用举报，不要在公开回复中继续传播。
了解信任边界
论坛账号只是社区登录账号，不是钱包账号，也不需要连接钱包。论坛帖子、投票或管理员发言都不能自动改变 Entcoin 共识规则。软件发布和源码历史以官方 GitHub 仓库为准。
