Entcoin v1.5.5: safer Agent Pay request cleanup / 更安全的 Agent 支付记录管理

Entcoin v1.5.5 is the current stable release for Windows and Ubuntu.

What changed

• The Agent Pay inbox now shows five requests per page.
• Awaiting-approval requests, terminal history, and retryable requests with no broadcast transaction can be removed.
• Delivered artifacts stay on disk when their history entry is removed.

Safety boundary

Active payments, post-broadcast sessions, and retryable sessions with a transaction ID cannot be deleted. Records needed for submit, confirmation, signed Receipt verification, and delivery recovery remain available after a restart.

This release does not change entropy-mainnet-v1, consensus, wallets, addresses, balances, chain data, or EntPay Invoice/Receipt signatures. Release builds use Go 1.26.6. Windows artifacts may remain unsigned and can show a SmartScreen warning.

• 待批准、终态历史，以及没有广播交易的可重试请求可以安全删除。
• 删除历史记录不会删除已经交付到本机的文件。

安全边界

正在付款、已经广播，以及带交易 ID 的可重试会话不能删除。提交、确认、签名 Receipt 验证和交付恢复所需记录在重启后仍然保留。

本版本不改变 entropy-mainnet-v1、共识、钱包、地址、余额、链数据或 EntPay Invoice/Receipt 签名。Release 使用 Go 1.26.6 构建。Windows 产物可能仍未签名并触发 SmartScreen。
